LNVL is the BirdLife International Partner in Luxembourg and regroups some 14 000 members. Somme 100 members are involved in monitoring schemes (monitoring of general nature protection aspects and/or are involved in more precise bird-monitoring projects) LNVL has two working groups: Field Ornithology ang Bird ringing. Both groups are lead by the Centrale Ornithologique
